- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation and payment.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders below ₹299.

3. Delivery Timelines

- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. If you encounter any issues while tracking, please contact our customer support at care@lihaz.in or +91 90269 22697.
6. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete at the time of order placement.
- Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Lihaz ships only within India. Stay tuned as we expand our reach to deliver globally.
8. Undelivered or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Orders unclaimed for 7 days after contact will be refunded, excluding the original shipping fee.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@lihaz.in with your order number and clear images of the damaged product/packaging.
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
